I am having 17 Years of Banking Experience in Managing Team. I started this career as an Asst. Manager in Tapindu Urban Cooperative Bank Next To General Manager in Patna since 15th of September 2002 worked till December 2004, and then I started my career in HDFC Bank as an Executive in Meerut December 2004. I became Branch Manager in HDFC Bank Moradabad in May 2008 and was Branch Manager till September 2008 in Moradabad. I received an opportunity as an Area Manager ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd. from September 2008 till April 2009 and joined as a Chief Manager Grade again as Branch Manager of IndusInd Bank Moradabad in September 2009. I stayed there for a tenure of 5.5 Years as a Branch Manager until Jan 2015 and was at number one Position for 60 months at various products of the bank as CASA, NTB, CASA VALUE, MF, LIFE INSURANCE, FOREX INCOME, EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY. I became the wall of fame at IndusInd Bank, received an ESOP at HDFC BANK and INDUSIND BANK. We Produced IndusInd bank’s new branch at Moradabad in 2009 and making it a successful one.

Further, I moved to Jagdishpur Amethi to accept challenges of loss Making branch to make it fruitful. Being promoted as an Assistant Vice President in 2013 and successfully delivered the expectation of Indusind bank management and was at the top in the various parameter of the bank. I again moved the next challenging role of D- category branch in Rukunpura, Patna. I delivered three times of income of the previous year at Both places Jagdishpur and Patna for the next three years of my tenure in IndusInd bank, Jagdishpur, and Patna. 2015 Jan was a memorable day for me as I received offers from Bandhan Microfinance since Jan 2015 of launching a bank in UP WEST UP CENTRAL and UTTARAKHAND. I developed 35 Bandhan bank Branches in UP West UP Central and Uttarakhand in a 46-month tenure in Bandhan bank approximately for four years. I received ESOPS from Bandhan bank and also Rated 1 Highest category of rating among 50 cluster head last FY March 2018. I supervised 26 Branch Manager at Time and kept traveling for approximately four years. I launched all-new Branches with my own hands, making a strong relationship with IAS, IPS, IRS, PCS, Minister UP, and Central Government to Develop these branches and worked for the common objective of bank and Government.

I am pursuing Ph.D. from Invertis University Bareilly in Management. I am Looking For an Opportunity to work as Business Head, VP, SVP, MD, CEO at startup funded above 50 Crores, banks, and Financial Institutions.
